Job Summary
Deliver unparalleled guest service by developing personal relationships, practicing active listening, and making knowledgeable recommendations to delight visitors. Hand-craft beverages and prepare food offerings per standard operating procedures while floating between barista and guest service roles. Manage cash drawers, maintain store cleanliness and organization, and anticipate future guest needs by proactively solving opportunities. Act as a reliable team player who takes ownership, supports one another, and shows up ready to make fun happen and serve with love.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand, sit, bend, and move intermittently for 4 to 8 hours
Desired Qualifications
- Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience.
