Job Summary
Deliver unparalleled guest service by developing personal relationships, practicing active listening, and proactively solving guest needs through product knowledge. Hand-craft beverages and prepare food offerings per standard operating procedures while floating between barista and guest service roles. Manage cash drawers, maintain store cleanliness and organization, and differentiate between issues solvable directly versus those requiring leader support. Work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays, and/or weekends. Must be at least 16 years of age.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to sit, stand, for 4 to 8 hours
- Must be able to bend and move intermittently during working hours

- Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience
