Job Summary
Develop personal relationships with guests through active listening and proactive problem-solving while making enthusiastic recommendations. Hand-craft beverages and prepare food offerings to order per standard operating procedures, then float between barista and guest service roles. Manage cash drawers, maintain store cleanliness and organization, and differentiate between issues requiring direct resolution versus leader support. Work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Lifting up to 50 pounds
