Job Summary
Deliver unparalleled guest service by developing personal relationships, practicing active listening, and proactively solving guest needs through product knowledge and enthusiastic recommendations. Hand-craft beverages and food offerings to order per standard operating procedures while floating between barista and guest service roles. Manage cash drawers, maintain store cleanliness and organization, and differentiate between problems solvable directly versus those requiring leader support. Actively anticipate future team and guest needs while taking ownership to make fun happen and serve with love.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
- Must be at least 16 years of age
