Job Summary
Deliver unparalleled guest service by developing personal relationships, practicing active listening, and making knowledgeable recommendations to delight customers. Hand-craft beverages and food offerings to order per standard operating procedures while floating between barista and guest service roles. Manage cash drawers, maintain store cleanliness and organization standards, and proactively solve guest opportunities through product knowledge and hospitality. Support team members and leaders by taking ownership of priorities, showing resilience under pressure, and bringing Caribou's Core Values of Support, Fun, and Love to every interaction.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to sit, stand, for 4 to 8 hours
- Must be able to bend and move intermittently during working hours
Desired Qualifications
- Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience
