Job Summary
Deliver unparalleled guest service by developing personal relationships, practicing active listening, and anticipating needs to create day-making experiences. Hand-craft beverages and food offerings per standard operating procedures while floating between barista and guest service roles. Manage cash drawers, maintain store cleanliness and organization, and differentiate between solvable problems and those requiring leader support. Show up ready to take ownership, support one another, and bring joy to interactions with guests and team members.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Lifting up to 50 pounds
- Sitting, standing, for 4 to 8 hours
- Bending, and moving intermittently during working hours
Desired Qualifications
- Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience
