Job Summary
Deliver unparalleled guest service by developing personal relationships, practicing active listening, and proactively solving guest needs through product knowledge. Hand-craft beverages and prepare food offerings to order per standard operating procedures while managing cash drawers and maintaining store cleanliness. Float between barista and guest service roles, taking ownership of priorities and adapting to team directions. Support one another and make fun happen in every interaction, bringing joy to guests and team members alike.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Lifting up to 50 pounds
