Job Summary
Deliver unparalleled guest service by developing personal relationships, practicing active listening, and proactively solving guest needs through product knowledge. Hand-craft beverages and prepare food offerings per standard operating procedures while managing cash drawers and maintaining store cleanliness. Float between barista and guest service roles, taking ownership for team priorities and making enthusiastic recommendations to delight guests. Show up ready to support one another, make fun happen, and serve with love in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to sit, stand, for 4 to 8 hours
- Must be able to bend and move intermittently during working hours
Desired Qualifications
- Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience.
