Job Summary
Deliver unparalleled guest service by developing personal relationships, practicing active listening, and proactively solving guest opportunities through product knowledge. Hand-craft beverages and food offerings to order per standard operating procedures while managing cash drawers and maintaining store cleanliness. Float between barista and guest service roles, taking direction from leaders to manage multiple priorities and support the team. Show up ready and willing to be a reliable team player, bringing joy to interactions and making fun happen.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand, sit, bend, and move intermittently for 4 to 8 hours
Desired Qualifications
- Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience.
