Job Summary
Team Member at Auntie Anne’s Watertower in Chicago, IL helps deliver sweet guest experiences by welcoming guests, baking and serving pretzels to brand standards, operating registers, and keeping the store clean and stocked. Responsibilities include assisting guests with friendly service, handling cash accurately, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines, working with teammates to provide excellent guest experiences, and supporting store operations. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, perform basic math, use POS systems, taste test products for quality, and wear/maintain uniforms. Flexible scheduling (20–40 hours/week) with opportunities to grow into leadership roles; training provided with no prior experience required. Must be 18+ and able to obtain a food handler certification within 30 days. High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
