Job Summary
Welcome guests with friendly, upbeat service and prepare, bake, and serve Cinnabon and Auntie Anne's products to brand standards. Operate registers and handle cash accurately while keeping the store clean, stocked, and organized. Work together with your team to deliver excellent guest experiences and follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines. You will taste-test products for quality and demonstrate strong teamwork and customer service skills. Flexible scheduling with 20–40 hours per week and paid training with no prior experience required. TB clearance and current or obtainable food handler certification needed.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays)
- TB clearance required (if applicable by location)
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and stay active throughout your shift
- Comfortable working in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk‐ins)
- Basic math skills and comfort using POS systems
- Ability to taste‐test products for quality
- Strong teamwork and customer service skills
- Food handler certification (current or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and register systems
Desired Qualifications
- 0–1 year of food service or retail experience preferred, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
