Job Summary
Welcome guests with friendly service and operate registers to handle cash accurately. Prepare, bake, and serve Cinnabon and Auntie Anne's products while maintaining store cleanliness and adhering to food safety guidelines. Work collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling available for 20–40 hours per week, with paid training and opportunities to grow into leadership roles. TB clearance required, and candidates must be comfortable standing, bending, and lifting throughout shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays)
- TB clearance required (if applicable by location)
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and stay active throughout your shift
- Comfortable working in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk‐ins)
- Basic math skills and comfort using POS systems
- Ability to taste‐test products for quality
- Strong teamwork and customer service skills
- Food handler certification (current or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and register systems
Desired Qualifications
- 0–1 year of food service or retail experience preferred, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
