Job Summary
Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments efficiently using the POS system. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front of the restaurant while assisting with food preparation and restocking. Address customer complaints promptly and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations. Follow health and safety guidelines and basic math procedures to handle transactions. Work in a fast-paced airport restaurant environment requiring constant standing, walking, and physical lifting.
