Job Summary
Execute cashier and front-end duties, process freight, sort, and stock products while adhering to merchandising guidelines. Perform store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks inside and outside the building. Maintain an active selling culture by ensuring all processes meet documented company standards. Provide excellent customer service and contribute to inventory control, safety, and loss prevention efforts. Complete daily and weekly workloads efficiently and on time. Requires ability to lift 50 lbs, work flexible schedules including nights and weekends, and stand or walk for prolonged periods.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. or team lift 100 lbs.
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms
- Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to bend, climb, and reach at times
- The ability to work effectively independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail, e.g., standards, processes, marketing, etc.
- Reliable and trustworthy role model for ethical and honest behavior. Does the right thing for the team member, the customer, and the company in all situations
- Flexible and creative with the ability to handle multiple tasks where priorities shift with the demands of the business
