Job Summary
Team Member (Part-Time) role supports operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes to maintain an active selling culture and ensure adherence to company standards. Responsibilities include enthusiastic participation in lifting and stocking in a warehouse-format store, delivering excellent customer service, performing cashier and front-end duties, processing freight, sorts and stocks, store recovery, conditioning and housekeeping, completing daily/weekly workloads, and contributing to customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, and loss prevention. Requires open availability and is suited for individuals 18+ with a high school diploma, who can work a flexible schedule and lift up to 50 lbs (100 lbs with a team). Willingness to stand or walk for extended periods and to bend, climb, and reach as part of daily duties. Ability to work independently and within a team, with strong attention to detail and trustworthy behavior.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma/Equivalent.
- Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. or team lift 100 lbs.
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms
- Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to bend, climb, and reach at times.
- The ability to work effectively independently and within a team.
- Strong attention to detail, e.g., standards, processes, marketing, etc.
- Reliable and trustworthy role model for ethical and honest behavior. Does the right thing for the team member, the customer, and the company in all situations.
- Flexible and creative with the ability to handle multiple tasks where priorities shift with the demands of the business.
