Job Summary
Execute cashier duties, process freight, sort and stock products, and perform store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks inside and outside the building. Maintain an active selling culture by ensuring all operational, front-end, and merchandising processes adhere to documented company standards. Provide excellent customer service while completing daily and weekly workloads efficiently. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, lifting up to 100 lbs as needed. Participate in inventory control, safety, and loss prevention efforts to ensure the store operates effectively and profitably.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. or team lift 100 lbs.
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms
- Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to bend, climb, and reach at times
- The ability to work effectively independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail, e.g., standards, processes, marketing, etc.
- Reliable and trustworthy role model for ethical and honest behavior. Does the right thing for the team member, the customer, and the company in all situations
- Flexible and creative with the ability to handle multiple tasks where priorities shift with the demands of the business
