Job Summary
Conduct daily store maintenance by stocking products, assembling displays, and maintaining sales floor cleanliness. Operate cash registers, process customer checkouts, and handle phone inquiries while promoting loyalty programs and financing options. Utilize Farm Hand and Harvester to complete tasks, mass layouts, and online orders. Assist with freight recovery, price changes, and promotional signage setup. Uphold safety standards, loss prevention measures, and pass corporate store audits. Perform forklift and pallet jack operations safely. Work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
