Job Summary
Welcome guests, check in players, and assist with registration at the laser tag arena. Help guests fit equipment, explain game rules and safety procedures, then start and monitor games to ensure a safe, exciting experience. Maintain a high-energy atmosphere while answering questions and providing excellent customer service throughout each visit. Keep the arena, lobby, and equipment clean and organized. Assist with birthday parties, group events, and special occasions as part of a team dedicated to creating memorable experiences for every guest.
