Job Summary
Greet guests, process orders, and prepare food and beverages following established recipes and portion sizes. Maintain a clean and sanitized work area while adhering to food safety procedures to prevent cross-contamination. Restock supplies, handle cash and electronic transactions accurately, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations. Respond to customer inquiries and escalate concerns to supervisors as needed. Work in a fast-paced environment across various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers
- Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with guests and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work in different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors and managers
- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment

Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
