Maintains product freshness and proper placement using Always Fresh procedures, adheres to the S.E.T. Principles (Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You), ensures order accuracy withHOTRODS techniques, greets guests within 5 seconds, maintains speed of service, handles service recovery and guest concerns, follows sanitation and health & safety guidelines, and supports restaurant operations and temperature logging while performing physical tasks (standing for long periods, occasional lifting).
