Job Summary
Front-line Team Member role responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through welcoming service and accurate order fulfillment. Responsibilities include greeting guests promptly, taking and repeating orders for accuracy, operating the front counter and drive-thru, using the order monitor, maintaining clean dining and exterior areas, following Always Fresh procedures, adhering to health and safety guidelines, recording temperatures, and upholding sanitation and PPE standards. Emphasizes friendly attitude, product knowledge, quick service, problem resolution, and teamwork to meet speed-of-service targets. Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks typical of restaurant operations. Minimum age 16.
