Team Member

Front-of-house Team Member responsibilities include delivering exceptional guest experiences through friendly attitude, attentive service, and strong product knowledge. Duties cover greeting guests promptly at front counter and drive-thru, accurately taking and repeating orders, ensuring order accuracy, maintaining speed of service, executing effective service recovery, and following the Always Fresh procedures. The role requires adherence to sanitation and health & safety guidelines, wearing appropriate PPE, and maintaining a clean dining room and front counter. Emphasis is placed on visual presentation, proper customer interaction, and applying the S.E.T. Principles (Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You) to enhance guest experience. The position supports a flexible schedule with weekly pay and opportunities for reviews/raises twice a year; candidate must be 16 years of age or older.
