Front-of-house Team Member responsible for delivering exceptional guest experience through accurate order processing, friendly service, and strong product knowledge. Maintains a clean, inviting front counter and drive-thru, adheres to Always Fresh procedures, follows S.E.T. Principles (Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You), ensures order accuracy with HOT RODS at drive-thru, greets guests within 5 seconds, works efficiently to meet speed targets, handles service recovery, and adheres to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines; supports temperature logging and proper PPE usage; physical duties include standing for long periods and handling lifting tasks as needed.
