Team Member

Team Member responsible for delivering exceptional guest experience at the front of the restaurant. Duties include greeting guests within 5 seconds, taking and accurately repeating orders, ensuring product freshness, operating the drive-thru and front counter efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization, following health and safety guidelines, documenting temperatures, and adhering to service standards. Must demonstrate strong product knowledge, friendly attitude, and effective communication to resolve guest concerns and maintain high guest satisfaction. Emphasis on hospitality, proper appearance, and consistent follow-through on procedures (Always Fresh, HOTRODS, S.E.T. Principles).
