Front Counter/Drive-Thru Team Member responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience. Provides friendly service, accurate order handling, and product knowledge while maintaining a clean and inviting dining area. Adheres to Always Fresh procedures to ensure freshness and accuracy, follows the S.E.T. Principles (Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You), and ensures prompt greetings within 5 seconds at front counter and drive-thru. Maintains speed of service, handles service recovery when needed, listens to guests, and follows restaurant policies and sanitation guidelines. Performs duties such as order accuracy verification, temperature logging, proper hand washing, PPE usage, and safeguarding health and safety in a fast-paced environment. Requires standing for long periods and physical tasks including occasional lifting; minimum age 16.
