Team Member responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and uphold restaurant standards. Key duties include providing a warm, prompt greeting at front counter and drive-thru, ensuring order accuracy through careful order repetition and use of HOTR ODS methods, maintaining product freshness and station cleanliness, following Always Fresh procedures, adhering to S.E.T. Principles (Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You), and complying with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Must regularly monitor temperatures, assist with order preparation, communicate needs for product availability, and perform sanitation tasks as outlined. Must be able to stand for long periods and perform frequent lifting and manual dexterity tasks; must be 16 years of age or older. The role emphasizes friendly attitude, strong product knowledge, and efficient service to meet guest needs during high-demand periods.
