Front-of-house Team Member expected to deliver exceptional guest experience by greeting guests promptly, taking and prioritizing orders, ensuring accuracy, maintaining cleanliness, and following sanitation and safety standards. Responsibilities include operating at front counter and drive-thru, maintaining product knowledge, using proper procedures to ensure order accuracy, adhering to service-speed targets, applying the S.E.T. Principles (Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You), and complying with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Must be able to stand for long periods and handle periodic lifting and temperature-controlled environments as part of daily duties.
