Responsibilities include greeting guests promptly, accurately taking and repeating orders, ensuring products are prepared per instructions, maintaining a clean and welcoming dining area, adhering to Always Fresh procedures, upholding health and safety guidelines, following the S.E.T. Principles (Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You), and supporting fast, accurate service while recovering guest concerns when needed.
