Team Member responsible for front-line hospitality and guest service, delivering exceptional products and service. Responsibilities include providing a warm, efficient front counter and drive-thru experience, ensuring accurate orders by repeating orders, following the Always Fresh procedures, maintaining a clean and inviting dining area, adhering to the S.E.T. Principles (Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You), ensuring quick and accurate order fulfillment, achieving speed-of-service targets, handling guest concerns with proactive service recovery, following health, safety and sanitation guidelines, and supporting restaurant operations and training. Key skills include strong product knowledge, attention to detail, effective communication, multi-tasking, time management, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift/move items as needed. Must be at least 16 years old.
