Team Member responsible for delivering exceptional guest experience at front counter and drive-thru, ensuring accurate orders, friendly service, and adherence to hospitality standards (Always Fresh procedure, SET Principles). Responsibilities include maintaining a clean dining area and exterior, assisting guests promptly, handling orders accurately, and following safety, sanitation, and health guidelines. Must be able to stand for long periods, perform repetitive tasks, and work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
