Team Member

Team Member responsible for delivering exceptional guest service at the front of the restaurant, maintaining clean and inviting front counter and drive-thru areas, ensuring orders are accurate, and upholding health, safety, and sanitation standards. Responsibilities include greeting guests promptly, using eye contact and a friendly attitude, following the Always Fresh procedure, managing order accuracy with HOTRODS at drive-thru, maintaining speed of service, handling guest concerns with service recovery, following restaurant policies, and performing postural tasks such as standing for long periods and occasional lifting. Must be able to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment and be at least 16 years old.
