Job Summary
Front-of-house responsibilities include delivering exceptional guest service, taking and confirming orders with accuracy, and ensuring fast, friendly service at the front counter and drive-thru. Follow procedures to keep products fresh and correctly prepared, maintain clean and inviting dining areas, use HOTRODS when taking orders, greet guests promptly, and handle service recovery. Adhere to health, safety, sanitation guidelines, and time-and-temperature logs; maintain proper PPE and sanitation practices; ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks (lifting, bending) as part of a team in a quick-service restaurant environment. Must be 16 years of age or older.
