Team Member

Front-of-house Team Member role focused on delivering an Exceptional Guest Experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests within 5 seconds at front counter and drive-thru, taking and accurately repeating orders, ensuring order accuracy, following drive-thru procedures (HOTRODS) and the Always Fresh standards, maintaining a clean dining area and exterior, upholding speed of service targets, handling service recoveries with a positive attitude, and adhering to sanitation and safety guidelines. Skills emphasized include friendly, attentive guest service; strong product knowledge; effective communication of product needs to ensure availability; attention to detail for order accuracy; ability to stand for long periods; and teamwork in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Other duties include sanitation tasks, temperature checks, and following health and safety policies.
