Team Member

Team Member responsible for delivering exceptional guest service at the front counter and drive-thru, maintaining a clean and inviting dining room, ensuring accurate and timely orders, and following health, safety, and sanitation procedures. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, taking and repeating orders, using the order monitor, maintaining speed of service during rush periods, handling guest concerns with service recovery, following hospitality standards (S.E.T. Principles: Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You), ensuring proper beverage handling and lids, and complying with sanitation and PPE requirements while supporting restaurant operations and temperature logging. Requires the ability to stand for long periods, frequent manual dexterity, and ability to lift light to moderate weights. Must be eligible to work at least 16 years old. Location is Sylvania, Ohio, US; no remote work indicated.
