Job Summary
Greet guests, execute customer transactions, and assemble orders while maintaining accurate cash drawer and following all health and safety standards. Keep work areas clean and sanitary by washing counters, tables, and restrooms, performing end-of-day cleaning, and executing proper product rotation. Operate food and drink equipment safely, complete assigned prep work for stocking, and inform the supervisor promptly of any unusual matters. This role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 lbs, and performing under pressure in a high-volume restaurant. Candidates must be 16 years or older and demonstrate strong verbal communication skills, proper personal hygiene, and a positive attitude. Required Qualifications
- 16+ years old
- Have excellent customer service skills, including strong verbal communications skills
- Be able to perform under pressure in a high volume restaurant, including moving and responding quickly for long periods of time
- Be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs
- Be able to move and respond quickly to various requests and commands, read order monitors and communicate clearly and effectively with customers and co-workers
- Exhibit and use good manners, proper personal hygiene, positive attitude, and promptness
