Job Summary
Greet guests, run the register, make purchase suggestions, and assist with the food program while maintaining high standards for store appearance inside and out. Work around the store in many different areas to provide an outstanding customer experience, moving fast and staying focused while collaborating with a fun, energetic team to crush daily goals. Maintain safety and security as a trusted co-worker, utilizing creative solutions to handle busy days. This role requires schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to lift up to 20 pounds frequently and work in commercial refrigeration temperatures. Retail or food service experience is a bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Schedule flexibility - including nights, weekends and sometimes holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Comfort working in temperatures consistent with commercial refrigeration/freezers
- Willingness to work with commercial food preparation equipment (grills, ovens, fryers)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a municipal seller/server certificate (minimum 18 years of age)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Applicants must be at least 16 years of age to be considered for this position
