Job Summary
Greet guests, run the register, make purchase suggestions, and work with the food program while maintaining high store appearance standards across all areas. Rotate through many different zones inside and out to provide an outstanding customer experience, often working around the store with a fun, energetic team. Maintain a positive attitude, stay reliable and punctual, and think on your feet to find creative solutions while prioritizing safety and security. This role requires schedule flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to lift up to 20 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally. Candidates must be at least 16 years old and comfortable working in commercial refrigeration temperatures and with food preparation equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Schedule flexibility - including nights, weekends and sometimes holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Comfort working in temperatures consistent with commercial refrigeration/freezers
- Willingness to work with commercial food preparation equipment (grills, ovens, fryers)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a municipal seller/server certificate (minimum 18 years of age)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Applicants must be at least 16 years of age to be considered for this position
