Job Summary
As a Team Member, you’ll be a vital part of creating a positive dining experience across AES Restaurant Group’s Arby’s locations. You’ll be trained on all crew positions—cashier, drive-thru, front of the house, and in the kitchen—working with the team to deliver great guest service. The role supports flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time shifts, days/nights/weekends) and involves maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction while following established procedures. The position emphasizes teamwork, effective communication with customers and colleagues, problem solving, and a positive attitude under pressure.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
- Ability to perform bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching
