Job Summary
Team Member at AES Restaurant Group (Arby’s) responsible for cashier, drive-thru, front-of-house, or kitchen roles to help create a positive dining experience. You will be trained on all crew positions and schedules are flexible with preferences noted. Key duties include supporting a fast-paced service, maintaining high standards of integrity and customer satisfaction, and collaborating with teammates to ensure safety and cleanliness. Must be able to work in warm/cold environments, stand long hours, and perform physical tasks as listed to support operations. Located in Vandalia, OH; full-time and part-time shifts available.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
