Team Member

As a Team Member at AES Restaurants, you’ll support multiple crew roles including cashier, drive-thru, front-of-house, and kitchen, contributing to a positive dining experience. You’ll be trained across crew positions and can express your preferred shift type (full-time or part-time) and schedule (days, nights, weekends). Key duties involve delivering friendly service, handling customer interactions, maintaining safety and cleanliness, following processes, and supporting a fast-paced environment while upholding integrity and customer satisfaction. The role emphasizes teamwork, problem solving, communication with customers and teammates, and adhering to safety and procedural standards to help AES achieve its vision of being the Premier Restaurant Company.
