Job Summary
As a Team Member at AES Restaurant Group (Arby’s franchise) you will play a vital role in delivering a positive dining experience across cashier, drive-thru, front-of-house, and kitchen roles. You’ll be trained on all crew positions (cashier, drive-thru, sandwich board) and schedules are flexible to accommodate your preferences. Responsibilities include communicating respectfully in a team, maintaining high standards of integrity and customer satisfaction, listening to and engaging with customers, and helping ensure safety and cleanliness by following established procedures. The role emphasizes teamwork, a positive attitude under pressure, and the ability to perform duties across multiple stations to support guest service and operational efficiency.
