Job Summary
Operate in all crew positions including cashier, drive-thru, and front-of-house or kitchen roles to create a positive dining experience. Perform physical tasks such as standing for 8-10 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and executing motions like bending, squatting, and reaching. Follow established processes to ensure work safety and cleanliness while maintaining high standards of integrity and customer satisfaction. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring respect for team members and effective communication with guests.
