Job Summary
Operate in all crew positions including cashier, drive thru, and kitchen staff to create a positive dining experience. Perform physical tasks such as standing for 8-10 hours, lifting up to 50lbs, climbing ladders, and executing motions like bending, squatting, and reaching. Follow process and procedure to ensure work safety and cleanliness while maintaining high standards of integrity and customer satisfaction. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Maintain a positive attitude when pressure is on and communicate respectfully with both customers and team members.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
