Job Summary
AES Restaurant Group Team Member responsible for cashier, drive-thru, front-of-house, or kitchen duties. You’ll be trained on all crew positions (cashier, drive-thru, sandwich board) and will help create a positive dining experience. Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
- Ability to perform the following motions: bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching
- Communicating respectfully in team environments
- Working in a fast-paced environment and thinking on your feet
- Problem solving
- Listening to and communicating with customers
- Following process and procedure to ensure work safety and cleanliness
