Job Summary
Greet customers, process checkout transactions using POS, and manage cash handling procedures while maintaining store cleanliness and safety standards. Execute daily operational goals by stocking products, assembling displays, completing mass layouts, and processing online orders via Harvester. Assist with freight recovery, price changes, and promotional signage as directed by management. Promote company programs and solicit customers for financing options while utilizing Farm Hand for task communication. Maintain awareness of loss prevention measures and shoplifting activities, ensuring passing scores on corporate audits. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely, stand for extended periods, and multitask to fulfill lifestyle needs of customers who aspire to live, work, and grow.
