Job Summary
Greet every guest to welcome them to the restaurant and offer a superb experience that creates a lasting memory. Support up to three functional areas including Service, Sandwich Line, and Production while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work area according to company standards. Monitor quality, safety, and appearance of all products and ingredients, then complete assigned tasks efficiently and thoroughly. Restock the work area before leaving the shift and report any faulty equipment or product shortages to the supervisor promptly. Work Monday through Saturday from 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM with prep starting at 8:00 AM.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Excellent attendance and punctuality; reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with fellow team members and guests
- Ability to multitask
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility, including bending and stooping, for the duration of the workday
- Must be able to work and perform all duties at assigned station(s) in the kitchen or service area
- Exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
- Adhere to Company uniform and grooming standards
- Attend all scheduled employee meetings and bring suggestions for improvement
- Report problems (faulty equipment, product shortages, etc.) to supervisor promptly
- Must be available for hours of operation from 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM Monday- Saturday, with prep starting at 8:00 AM
- Must be available for work on Monday through Saturday (closed on Sundays)

- Previous restaurant and/or retail experience a plus
