Job Summary
Team Members perform multiple roles across Guest Service, Food Service, Cashier, Host/Hostess, Prep Cook, Barista, and related duties. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, delivering exceptional service, operating a cash register, stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness and safety in all areas, following brand standards, ensuring quality and accuracy of food/service, solving guest needs, and promoting the Made to Order program and loyalty initiatives. The role requires a motivated, energetic, and reliable individual capable of working in a fast-paced environment, with cross-training to cover various functions during a shift. Opportunities exist for internal promotion and ongoing development; shifts include Day, Evening, and Overnight with Weekend availability preferred; overtime optional.
