Job Summary
Team Member at Chick-fil-A responsible for delivering friendly customer service, taking accurate orders, preparing and serving food to Chick-fil-A standards, maintaining dining and kitchen cleanliness, collaborating with teammates and leadership, handling cash, operating POS systems, and following food safety guidelines. Must demonstrate a positive attitude, strong communication, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Training is provided; opportunities for advancement and flexible scheduling are available. Schedule includes day/evening shifts with Friday and full Saturday availability; some evenings may require closing.
