Job Summary
Open the store at 5am, prepare products according to Metro's Operational, Quality, and Safety standards, and treat Guests as the top priority by responding to their needs with urgency. Maintain clean and neat workstations and Guest areas while adhering to Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems. Communicate appropriately, treat fellow Team Members fairly with respect, and support the team. Comply with all Metro's policies and procedures, showing enthusiasm for the brands and Team Metro. This part-time role offers career growth training, flexible schedules, and eligibility for the WOW Rewards & Recognitions Program within the New York Market Leaders network.
Required Qualifications

- Availability to work the Morning Opening Shift starting at 5am
