Open the store at 4am, prepare products according to Metro's operational, quality, and safety standards, and treat guests as the top priority by responding to their needs with urgency. Maintain clean and neat workstations and guest areas while adhering to brand standards and systems. Communicate appropriately, treat team members fairly with respect, and show enthusiasm for the Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brands.
